Whether you are passing through or on vacation in the Vercors or the Trièves, stop by and take a moment to discover the traditional cuisine of the region.
Let yourself be surprised by a rich gastronomy, thanks to the subtle mixture that the region offers: mountain landscapes, lakes or the mild climate of Provence. The Trièves is not done surprising you! Discover this sweet mixture through the dishes that the hotel restaurant Au Sans Souci offers you. The dishes are regularly revisited to follow the seasons and use the regional products as much as possible.
From bread to ice cream, all our products are homemade.
For 4 generations, the tradition has been perpetuated so you can discover or rediscover the family flavours.
We welcome you to the restaurant from Tuesday lunch to Sunday lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 20:30. The restaurant closes at 15:00 for lunch services and at 22:30 for dinner services.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays.
